- If your device has been water damaged.

- When your Android is running on an outdated Android OS.
- If the third-party apps with the smartphone and other features.
- When you have not cleared the cache for a long time.

Method 1: Restart Your Android

The adaptive brightness setting continuously alters the screen’s illumination based on light sensor data. But a software update or hardware problem can cause issues like screen glitching. So, to fix this you can disable the auto-brightness feature.
To disable this feature, go to Settings > Display > Adaptive brightness. Toggle the switch to OFF position.
